We are impressed by your framework for providing quality supervision to multiple supervisees. What types of supervision do you offer and to whom?

Individual, Group, Training in Supervision. Psychologist Residents, Professional Counselor Associates

What makes you a visionary in supervision?

I am a very resourceful person! I love helping supervisees find just the right intervention, tool, program or solutions. I have spent a lot of time mastering the Business aspects of running a private practice and love to share them with my supervisees.

What is your favorite thing about providing clinical supervision?

I love the lightbulb moments! For both of us! When you learn something new and put it into practice it is so powerful for me to see those neurons firing! When I learn something new from you that gets me fired up about the way we impact each other and grow and change.
