You are well known as a leader in Social Work! What types of supervision do you offer and to whom?

Virtual Individual and triadic supervision to ACSWs in California.

What makes you a visionary in supervision?

I enjoy utilizing technology in different ways such as podcasting, virtual workshops, and on social media to create change outside of my immediate area and connections. I encourage my supervisees to think outside the traditional Social Work box and get creative around how we can use all tools available for career growth and more social impact.

What is your favorite thing about providing clinical supervision?

I enjoy having deep conversations that would not otherwise happen. I enjoy seeing professional growth in other's skills and confidence.
